Electric Heat Rebates
Energy Efficiency Credit Program:
Northwest Rural Public Power District and Tri-State G&T Association, our power supplier, offer rebates through our Energy Efficiency Credit Program to our customers who install energy-efficient heat pumps and HVAC equipment.
SEER=Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating
COP=Co-efficent Of Performance

| - Resistive Units/timers | $4/kW |
Efficiency standards for the building that contains the unit are defined as the sum of the 'R' values of ceiling and wall insulation: existing building = 30; new building = 49. Efficiency standards are applicable to all heating types.
-
Note: A completed Energy Efficiency Audit form must be submitted for whole-house space heating payments.
-
Note: There is no separate payment for electric resistive heat back up.
-
Note: Rebates must be requested within 180 days of installation.
