Energy Efficiency Credit Program:
Northwest Rural Public Power District and Tri-State G&T Association, our power supplier, offer rebates through our Energy Efficiency Credit Program to our customers who install energy-efficient heat pumps and HVAC equipment.

Applies only to permanent heating installations that are purchased by, or leased to, Northwest's consumer and credits apply to new and replacement installations.
- Note: A walk-through Energy Audit will be performed on homes where electricity is the primary heat.
- Note: A one-time additional payment of $150 is available for heat pumps three tons and over meeting or exceeding Energy Star ratings.
- Note: Rebates must be requested within 180 days of installation.
