Service Change
All service requests start and remain in the General Service class until they meet the qualifications of another rate class.
Services that meet the criteria for a different rate class must be moved to that rate class.
Service (Transfer):
Prior to any service being connected, the following must be provided:
- Signed Application
- Satisfactory Credit References
- $50.00 Deposit
